With Aurelia 2 quickly approaching now, I would like to ask about the use case of \>100 global custom elements: are there any way they can be lazy-loaded, [like you can do in Aurelia 1](https://discourse.aurelia.io/t/lazy-load-global-custom-elements/1627/10)?
