Text To Speech Problem

Hey Guys!
I need your Help I have to write an TextToSpeech and SpeechToText Applikation with Aurelia. I read a lot about window.SpeechSynthesis. But I think under Aurelia this doesn’t exist.
Has someone an Idea how to write this Application in Aurelia or other options for SpeechSynthesis?

Aurelia does not limit you in using any js api
