Is there an undocumented load hook in the component’s lifecycle?
When I have a ‘load’ method in a class, it is called automatically, similar to other hooks. This occurs before the ‘binding’ hook and after the ‘created’ hook.

Load was an old lifecycle of the router, when were undicided on the theme of lifecycles: before/after vs ing/ed
Later we went with ing/ed but didnt want to break the apps that were using load. Load should be removed in beta 13.
